launch status

only be launched following successful completion of the licensing process.
No. MyCryptex sells and supports self-custody wallet products. All wallet products are self-custody tools,
meaning customers are solely responsible for their private keys, recovery phrases, and credentials.
MyCryptex does not hold or access customer crypto assets.
Yes. Card wallets are specifically suitable for beginners and mobile-first users. MyCryptex also provides
onboarding guidance and product support to help first-time self-custody users get started safely.
Self-custody means you hold and control your own private keys, rather than relying on an exchange or third
party. This gives you full ownership of your assets, but also full responsibility for keeping credentials
safe and backed up.
Customers complete a simple profile and compliance screening form before accessing wallet checkout. This
helps MyCryptex support customers appropriately and maintain internal compliance standards. See our
Onboarding page for details.
Visit our Support page to submit a product guidance
request. MyCryptex can help you choose the right wallet type, understand setup basics, and answer questions
about safe-use practices.
